I began in late 1990, or early '91. It was originally a one-shot fanzine then when I began experimenting with noise I decided to use TAINT for recordings (maybe late ‘89).

What were your main influences musically & lyrically? Can you describe the concept behind TAINT?

I began reading murder books as a teenager then found Whitehouse, S.J., M.O., P.Sotos, de Sade (I read Sade before discovering electronics), pornography, etc...Before that I listened to violent metal & Hardcore.Only concept would be violence for sexual pleasure.

Have you released “Victimology II” & the Pic Lp on Ajna Offensive? Can you describe both releases or any future ones?

“Victimology II” has been recorded but not released & I'm unsure whether or not it'll ever be released. Content is the same as VoI. I: victim soundbites followed by noise. I have NO idea what the content of the Ajna pic LP will be or when it'll be released. Next LP will be called “VICE” & is completed. It will be released this summer on Harbinger, U.K.

Have you any specific aim of perversity recognition or libertine way of thinking (maybe like Maldoror) or Hunter/Prey claiming through TAINT?

My only specific aim is to find things that I find sexually exciting. This, majority of the time, involves violence. Books & videos is where I find most of my material but occasionally I get my hands a little dirty though I make no claims of being a brutal sadist or criminal.

Why did you decide to stop A taste of bile? What is your work in Descent Mag?

I stopped A.T.O.B. because I lost interest in writing about horror/exploitation films. Actually, it was publishing that I really didn't like. I am friends with the DESCENT guys & they asked me to contribute reviews & then asked if I'd interview Trevor Brown as they knew he & I corresponded. I plan to interview someone for the next issue but at this time, I'm unsure who it will be. William Bennett would be nice but he never responds. Actually, an interv. was sent after he agreed to answer some Q' s But he never sent them back. Sotos would be great also...

Waco has become the symbol of U.S. government fight against radical communities or sects, since the D. Koresh’s Farm assault; Can you describe that period & area’s reaction to it?

Ok, get ready for a long, boring answer! I don't remember community reactions but I do recall people getting horribly bored & frustrated w/the standoff. I felt that the BATF ought to be doing more to get it over with. Now, my opinion has changed a bit especially since it ended I have become an almost obsessed gun owner. Plus details have come out that help shed líght on the questionable reasons that brought Koresh to the attention of BATF. Koresh was most definitely someone w/ridiculous religious views but this is not why BATF raided him. It was alleged that Koresh had not paid the $200 tax on a registered machine gun (MG's can be legally owned as long as a 1-time tax is paid & it's registered w/BATF) & that he had converted semi-auto AK-47s to be full auto. None of this has ever been proven.

One thing I do recall was that locals felt that if BATF had allowed the local authorities to arrest Koresh when he came into town, the raid would have been easy but BATF came to town prepared for war. They fired the first shot & even fired from helicopters thru the compound roof. When they smashed holes in the compound, ATF were firing shots inside. They did not receive any return fire & ATF/FBI claimed that they did not shoot after the first initial day. They were shooting during the fire also, BATF/FBI did an incredible amount of lying & covering up (Texas Rangers said BATF altered the crime scene after the fire). And they were allowed to get away with it because our current government is extremely anti-gun. If our government keeps passing gun control measures, it can only lead to one thing: disarmament. And that will mean future shootouts between citizens and the government because someone will have to come and TAKE these guns away. Jeez, I fucking hated answering this!

From where is taken the great text of your split Ep with STRICT?

I wrote it based on personal experiences, things Strict told me, & a few other sources.
